Earth is an ocean planet. About three bilion（billion） years ago, life on our planet began in the deep blue seas（oceans.）Ninety-nine percent of the living space（删） on earth is in the oceans. So water is very important for us.The water is being widely used for electricity agriculture, home use, industry, transport, entertain---ment（删）,and so on. But the majority of people have not realized this problem. Since changes in salinity and temperature （have effected）affect water's density, the water in the ocean is always moving. Dense water sinks and less dense water is pushed to the surface。 This circulation adds energy to the marine ecosystems(ecosysterms) and moves nutrients around. Isn’t it amazing that a single substance can be so important to out (our)planet and even the whole universe? Water, which seems so simple and common, is what makes life possible. Of all the resources on earth-oils, gas, gold and so on--nothing is as precious as a drop of rain. Learning about the properties of water helps us understand life on our planet. The most important thing we can learn about water(deal with water), however, is that protect it and use it wisely. Our future depends on it.

In a summer day, the Sun was shining. Temperature was over 37 degrees centigrade. There was a big farm in a small village. In this farm, there were many varieties of animals, such as oxen, pigs, horses and so on. Oh, excuse me and there is also a chicken and a hen in it. The chicken was complaining about the weather to his mother. He felt hotter and hotter and he made plenty of noise. His mother hen couldn’t stand his noise. The hen said, “My child be quiet. If you make noise continually, you will feel thirstier and thirstier. Wait a moment, the farmer will take many bottle of water for us.” A few minutes later a farmer came here to take two bottles of water. Ever since man appeared on the earth, man＇s survival has been heavily relied on nature. Almost everything we use in our everyday life comes from natural (nature), ranging from the food we eat, the water we drink, to the wood which is need into (needed to make) furniture .With the development of technology and population growth (the growth of population), the amount and range of materials used has (have) increased at an alarming extinction .However, natural resources are not inexhaustible. Some reserves are already on the brink of exhaustion and there is no hope of replacing them. The widespread water shortage is an example in point. If man continued (continues) to squander natural resources with no thought (consideration) for the future, the later generations would be in danger. It is up to us to take effective measures before the situation gets out of hand. So We (we) must protect the environment.

We are not able to change the past things. Regreting（Complaining） is a big obstacle that prevent（prevents） us from making progress. So after making a mistake, （删除）We should learn a lesson from it （the mistake we made）and then forget it! We can try to pour new water into our glass. When I saw the picture for the first time, I didn't understand it well. But now, it makes my think about(It reminds me of) water and environment. Nowadays, as the technology develops more and more quickly, the environment becomes worser(worse) and worse. Don't forget the earth is our only home to live in. If we pollute all the farmland, not only many people will lose work(works) but (also)it will change into sand as well. When all the animals and plants died, it will be(the) time for man(human) to come to(the) end. So it's everyone's duty to protect the earth.
Firstly, we should stop the factories from polluting the water. Secondly, it’s necessary for us to plant more trees. They can change CO2 into O2 to make the air become clean(clean).Thirdly, we mustn’t throw rubbish away wherever we want ,instead of throwing them into dustbins. What’s more, we’d better sort (separate) the rubbish in a proper way. Finally, we can let all the people around us start to take part in the environment protecting organization. Always remember: the more we get from the earth, the more we will face in the future! Don’t look down on the half cup of water; it’s also very important and useful!

Water is indispensable to our life and the development of national economy. It is often described as the source of all living things and the lifeblood of agriculture and industry. Without it, nothing could grow and out (all the) world would become a terrible desert. 　　
The world we live in is now faced with a severe shortage of fresh water. According to some official figures, more than 1,700 million people in the world don't have enough clear water to drink and over 25 thousand people die of water related diseases daily.
